THE PROGRAM
What to say, what not to say, when to say it, to be the most effective member of your athlete’s team. This program is based on my working with THOUSANDS of invested sports parents.
This course is for parents who want to raise confident, resilient tennis athletes. You’ll learn the mental game foundations, how to talk before and after matches, sideline etiquette, and stress-management for you and your player.
By the end, you’ll know how to keep your kid motivated, protect their love of the game, and guide them through wins and losses without drama. Most important, you’ll become a steady partner in pressure moments—from 10U orange ball to college recruiting—so your player performs with poise and enjoys the ride.
It works if you work it!

ABOUT DOC ALI
Doc Ali is a high-performance mental toughness coach with over 30 years of experience training athletes and high achievers to perform when it matters most. She is the Founder and President of HeadGames and has coached the minds of 18 Olympians (12 Olympic medalists), NCAA Champions, World Champions, and professional athletes across individual and team sports.
She holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and completed advanced training in Neuroscience and Executive Leadership through MIT, studying how the brain and nervous system drive focus, confidence, and pressure performance. Her work blends neuroscience, sport psychology, clinical psychology, and Eastern principles, informed by time spent training in Thai forest monasteries, studying the mind with masters in Nepal, and working in the Amazon jungle in Peru.
In tennis, Doc Ali specializes in the moments that decide matches: between-point resets, emotional regulation, momentum control, and building a fearless competitive identity. She helps players access their real game when it’s tight, loud, and on the line.
She’s also a tennis mom to a 13-year-old son, which means she understands tournament weekends, car rides home, and the desire parents have to support without adding pressure.
Build a resilient competitor on and off the court
Setbacks can be a hinderance or can propel you forward. Stay steady under pressure and model bounce-back habits.
Foster a supportive relationship
Parent/athlete relationships can flourish or flounder. Turn practice, match days, and emotions into a winning plan.
Strategic tools for peak performance
Not only will this bring your family together, but it will allow your athlete to play free and focus on the game at hand.
